The Family Zinger

Looking for camping in comfort? Try one of our beautiful RV rentals, each with their own unique amenities.

Our Family Zinger RV rental unit is conveniently located close to the playground, beach, Rec Hall, and washroom facilities.  The gorgeous view of the water ensures that your family will enjoying sitting out under the gazebo or next to the fire. Inside, this RV unit boasts a queen bed up front and a separate sleeping area in the rear with a set of bunks (2 single beds) and a pull-out couch for the kids. In the main living space is a small bathroom with shower, a full kitchen and dining table and a second pull-out couch.  The kitchen comes complete with fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, frying pan, with dishes and cutlery for 6. Outside is a propane BBQ and patio dining set.  Unit includes A/C and heat, propane, and parking for 1 vehicle.  Additional parking available in overflow parking area. No smoking in rentals.

Cabin Life

Looking for something that feels a little more like camping? Get into nature with our rustic cabin rentals!

Hilltop Haven. This gorgeous loft cabin sits on a site up a hill surrounded by trees.  It is located close to bathrooms and showers. This cabin has a Futon on the main floor and 2 single beds in the loft.  The single beds can be pushed together to create a king sized bed instead. This cabin has a mini fridge and microwave.  While there is no running water inside the cabin, there is a camp sink located outside on the deck. There is a propane BBQ (propane provided), picnic table and firepit outside.  The cabins do not have heating or A/C. Parking for 1 vehicle is provided.  Additional parking is available in the overflow parking area. No smoking in rentals.

**THIS UNIT IS NOT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 YEARS.  This unit also has some mobility limitations.

Rustic Cabin Bunkies

We offer two side by side Cabin bunkies located up the hillside surrounded by trees.

Each Bunkie includes a double bed with single bed over (bunk bed) a microwave and mini fridge inside.  Outside is a picnic table, charcoal BBQ and firepit.  There is no running water at the cabins; however, there is a small bathroom located just below the site.  There is a camping sink outside the bathroom as well. There is no heating or A/C in the cabins. Each cabin has parking for 1 vehicle. There is additional parking available at the overflow parking areas. No smoking in rentals.

Elderberry Cottage

This beautiful cottage offers the very best in comfort camping. You and your family will enjoy the convenience of this unit located close to all the amenities including the playground, hobby farm, beach, boat rentals, rec hall and store.

The cottage has a bedroom with queen bed, and 2 separate bunks for the kids. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom with small tub. The kitchen has all the comforts of home, including a full fridge, gas range and oven, dishes, cutlery and cookware for up to 4 people. Family time is easy in the beautiful dining room or living room with large windows to enjoy the view. Outside is a BBQ, a deck for relaxing on, and firepit for roasting marshmallows. The cottage has A/C and heating. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles. There is additional parking available at the overflow parking areas. No smoking in rentals.

Wildlife tourism and sustainable travel

Schedule A
Please respect your neighbours at all times. Be mindful of noise, children and pets. Do not cut through a neighbour site for any reason. As a community we are only as good as the way we treat each other!

Remember, you are responsible for all family, pets, guests, visitors or other persons on your site or within the campground with your permission. Treat the entire park with respect including washrooms, laundry and public play areas.

Maintain a speed of less than 10 km/h at all times throughout the park.

Parking for up to 2 vehicles (space permitting) on your site. Extra parking is available at the front, please see office. Do not park on a neighbouring site at any time.

Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 8:30 am. All music and equipment must be shut off by this time, and noise kept to a minimum and within your site.

All campfires must be extinguished by 12:00am (Midnight).

All guests must be checked in and registered at the office upon arrival.

All children under the age of 10 must have direct adult supervision at all times within the Campground.

No person under the age of 19 may be in the campground without a designated parent at any time.

Designated Parent is a responsible adult over the age of 25.

Keep your site clean and well maintained at all times.

No motorized boats or vehicles on the pond at any time.

No motorized vehicles, including but not limited to ATVs and golf carts within the Campground. Exceptions will be considered for medical reasons only at the owner’s discretion.

No smoking in any building, or within 20 feet of any entrance of a building. No smoking on the playground. Be respectful of neighbours and children.

It is against Provincial law to walk around the campground with beer bottles, cans or alcohol. Alcohol consumption must be confined within your site. NO GLASS CONTAINERS are permitted anywhere outside of your own site.

A maximum of 10 persons allowed overnight on a site, which includes all assigned Occupants and paid guests.

For the safety of all patrons, all outdoor public activity areas (playground, horse shoes, volleyball & basketball courts, beach areas) can not be used after dark.

Bicycles can not be used after dark.

All pets must be kept on leashes at all times, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pets.

No cutting of trees or clearing of branches on your site or elsewhere without prior written approval from the owners.

No clotheslines. Free standing drying racks only.

No lifeguards on duty. Use of the pond and beach areas are at your own risk. Parents, please watch your children near the water AT ALL TIMES.

No fireworks or firearms allowed on premises at any time. You will be immediately removed from the park.

No sheds, decks or additions may be erected on site without prior written approval by the park owner. Please see office for approvals and for allowable sizes.
